Where do you deliver to?

Standard delivery is £2.99 on orders under £25. Free delivery on orders of £25 or more. Some remote postcodes may be £3.99.

For deliveries across the UK, standard delivery is &#xA3;2.99 on orders under &#xA3;25. For orders of &#xA3;25 or more, you will be eligible for free delivery. Due to the distance or remote nature of some postcodes, standard delivery may be &#xA3;3.99 &#x2014; this includes Northern Ireland, the Scottish Isles, and some areas of Scotland. Once you enter your postcode at checkout, you will be presented with your delivery cost.

How much is delivery?

Orders dispatched within 24 hours (Mon–Fri). Delivery typically takes 2–3 working days, or 5–7 for remote areas.

We endeavour to dispatch your order within 24 hours of receiving it before 4pm (Mon&#x2013;Fri, excluding Bank Holidays). Delivery typically takes 2&#x2013;3 working days from the moment of dispatch. For orders in more remote areas, delivery can take 5&#x2013;7 working days.

How long does delivery take?

We deliver via Royal Mail's Tracked 48 service. You'll receive a tracking email upon dispatch.

Which delivery partner do you use?

Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime, but orders already placed and paid cannot be cancelled. For one-time orders, email us and we'll do our best to help.

If you have a recurring subscription you can cancel it, and future orders, at any time. However, once an order has been placed on our system and payment completed, we are not able to process a cancellation on that specific order, even if you cancel your subscription. We always send reminder emails about upcoming orders &#x2014; we recommend checking your spam folder and marking hello@mightymouthcare.com as a safe sender. If you order a one-time purchase, we cannot guarantee we are able to cancel or amend an order, but please email hello@mightymouthcare.com with your order number and we will do our best to help.

How do I cancel my order or subscription?

Yes — new customers get a 30-day satisfaction guarantee if they've never used our toothpaste before.

If you are a new customer and have never used our toothpaste before, you are covered by our 30-day satisfaction guarantee. We ask that you give the product a fair chance and give us the opportunity to solve any issue. However, if you&apos;re still not satisfied, contact us at hello@mightymouthcare.com and you will be refunded your original order price.

Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?

Email us within 14 days of delivery and we'll get it replaced or refunded straight away.

No one likes a faulty product. If you&apos;ve followed the instructions in your delivery box and still can&apos;t get the dispenser to work, we&apos;ll get it replaced or refunded straight away. To arrange this, please email hello@mightymouthcare.com within 14 days of your order being delivered, letting us know what the problem is. It would be really helpful to provide your order number and a description, image, and/or video of the problem.

My dispenser is not working — what should I do?

Email us within 14 days with your order number and we'll resolve it. No need to return the original item.

If you&apos;ve received the wrong order, please email hello@mightymouthcare.com within 14 days of receiving your order and we&apos;ll get any errors resolved. Please provide your order number and a description of the problem. There is no need to return your original order &#x2014; either keep it as a spare or give it to a friend who might like Mighty.

I've received the wrong order — what should I do?

Email us with your order number and we'll help. Note: refill packs are non-refundable for hygiene reasons unless faulty.

We have worked hard to create a toothpaste to provide long-lasting care for your teeth. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please email hello@mightymouthcare.com with your order number and what the issue is, and we will be able to help you out. Please note: refill packs are non-refundable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene reasons. We will not accept returns on refill packs unless the item is faulty or under exceptional circumstances.

I don't like the toothpaste — can I get a refund?

We only accept returns for faulty items or exceptional circumstances. Returns shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Due to the nature of our product and for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns if you&apos;ve changed your mind or did not cancel your subscription in time. We will only accept returns if an item is faulty or under exceptional circumstances. If your request meets our criteria, please email hello@mightymouthcare.com for information on how to return your order. The cost of returning the products will be the responsibility of the customer.
