My dispenser is not working — what should I do?Updated 20 days ago

No one likes a faulty product. If you've followed the instructions in your delivery box and still can't get the dispenser to work, we'll get it replaced or refunded straight away. To arrange this, please email [email protected] within 14 days of your order being delivered, letting us know what the problem is. It would be really helpful to provide your order number and a description, image, and/or video of the problem.
