If you have a recurring subscription you can cancel it, and future orders, at any time. However, once an order has been placed on our system and payment completed, we are not able to process a cancellation on that specific order, even if you cancel your subscription. We always send reminder emails about upcoming orders — we recommend checking your spam folder and marking [email protected] as a safe sender. If you order a one-time purchase, we cannot guarantee we are able to cancel or amend an order, but please email [email protected] with your order number and we will do our best to help.
