If for any reason you are not satisfied, please email [email protected] with your order number and what the issue is, and we will be able to help you out. Please note: refill packs are non-refundable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene reasons. We will not accept returns on refill packs unless the item is faulty or under exceptional circumstances.
