Due to the nature of our product and for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns if you've changed your mind or did not cancel your subscription in time. We will only accept returns if an item is faulty or under exceptional circumstances. If your request meets our criteria, please email [email protected] for information on how to return your order. The cost of returning the products will be the responsibility of the customer.
