It&apos;s super simple &#x2014; just follow these four quick steps: 1. Remove pump head: Hold the base &amp; twist the pump head anticlockwise. After ~90&#xB0;, the nozzle will pop up. Continue twisting until the pump head separates from the base. 2. Attach the refill to the pump: Remove the aluminium cap from the new refill, unscrew the old refill and then re-screw the new refill into the pump until secure. 3. Re-attach the pump: Place the pump onto the base. Twist the pump clockwise until fully tightened &amp; the nozzle lines up with the Mighty logo. 4. Pop the nozzle up: Twist the pump head anti-clockwise 90&#xB0; to unlock the nozzle. Pump a few times to remove the air.

How do I insert the refill into the dispenser?

This usually means the pump and refill aren't fully secured. Reassemble carefully — there's no tube inside, just a piston.

Don&apos;t worry, this usually just means the pump and refill aren&apos;t secured together quite right. It&apos;s an easy fix! Sometimes, if the dispenser hasn&apos;t been fully assembled, it can stop the toothpaste from dispensing properly. Note: our dispenser works as an airless system, so there isn&apos;t a tube inside the refill. Instead, each refill has a small piston at the bottom that pushes the toothpaste upwards as you pump. You may need to pump the dispenser nozzle a few times to bring the toothpaste to the top of the refill. Once the air has cleared, the toothpaste should start dispensing normally.
